Spend your Saturday or Sunday travelling back to the 1890s and life on a Swedish farm. Using imagination and play, you can explore life without mobile phones, running water, or electricity.
Carry out your chores on the farm
Tend the wooden animals at the farm, fetch water from the well, cook on the woodstove, and buy some coffee in the village shop. The gårdstomte, the gnome and guardian spirit of the farm, will keep a watchful eye on your work.
Please note: Children must be accompanied by an adult in the Playhouse.
- Who: Suitable for children 5 years and up in the company of an adult.
- Opening hours: Saturdays and Sundays, 11.00–15.30
- How: Buy tickets with a 50 minutes time slot (children 40 SEK).
- Language: Brief informative texts in English will offer tips and guidance.
